After touring several new home communities in Central Florida it’s apparent buyers are demanding and getting more luxury, more convenience and better pricing than ever.  Whether it’s a townhome in the $150s or an estate home in the half-million dollar range, new homes are packed with incredible features.

Centerline Homes, one of the leading homebuilders in the area, is offering a wide variety of new home designs at 7 communities in Orange and Seminole counties.  Deb Marton, the homebuilder’s sales and marketing director, said Centerline’s new designs incorporate the latest technology, energy-saving appliances and high-end appointments.

“The value is tremendous,” she says.  “We’re including more luxury features at lower prices than ever before.”

Centerline’s new home communities in the Orlando Area include:
Eagle Creek.  Townhomes start in the $150s, golf villas in the $180s and single family homes along the golf course range from the low $200s to $500s.   The gated country club community is located 5 minutes from the “medical city” near Lake Nona.

Summerlake.  Across town just 5 minutes from Disney World, Summerlake boasts a 6-home model center, the largest in the area.  Single family homes are priced from $189,900 to the $300s in a community with a planned lakefront recreation center.

Preston Square.  Located in Windermere and 7 minutes from Disney, Preston Square offers single family homes from the low $200s.  A recreation area with a swimming pool, park, fitness course and more is located in the center of the community.

Baldwin Park.  Condominiums are priced from the $180s and include garages with direct access into the residence at this popular in-town community.  Baldwin Park includes a town center with restaurants, shops and a Publix and is just 5 minutes from downtown Orlando and 5 minutes from Park Avenue in Winter Park.

Isles of Oviedo.  The recreation center just opened at this townhome community near UCF and SR 417 in east Orlando.  Huge master suites, spacious kitchens and garages with direct access highlight these townhomes, starting in the $150s.

Bella Vista.  An estate home community in Seminole County, just 1 mile from Lake Brantley High School, with prices from the high $300s to $500s.

Woodland Lakes Preserve.  A new home community that has it all – lush woodland preserves, a recreation center, single family homes from the $180s and a location that’s 5 minutes from Waterford Lakes Town Center, 15 minutes from UCF and 20 minutes from both downtown Orlando and the Airport.
