Centerline Homes has built a reputation as a homebuilder that listens to what people want in their new homes. At their Bella Vista estate home community in Seminole County, visitors kept asking about larger gathering spaces for families and entertaining in their new homes.
“We opened Bella Vista in the Spring and offered 5 models with up to 5,100 square feet of total space, all with both living rooms and family rooms,” said Deb Marton, Sales and Marketing Director for Centerline Homes. “People loved them, but many times they asked if we had a floor plan with a larger family room.
“So we designed the Las Brisas with a great room that measures 19 feet by almost 17 feet and flows into the kitchen and out to a covered lanai and pool area. With the tighter economy, many families are doing away with the formal living room that gets little use and looking for a new home with a great room that’s big enough to handle large gatherings of family and friends,” she said.
The first Las Brisas model is almost complete at Bella Vista and the reaction has been amazing, Marton said.
“The response has been so positive that we are now offering the Las Brisas at Eagle Creek in a neighborhood that runs along the golf course,” she said. Eagle Creek is located in southeast Orange County, near the new “Medical City” and Orlando International Airport.
The Las Brisas has much more to offer than just a huge great room. The home has more than 3,400 square feet of total space, and a second floor bonus option expands the square footage to 4,100. It also can be built with 3 or 4 bedrooms on the first floor, and another bedroom on the second floor if the owner desires. The home features an expansive Master Suite with double walk-in closets, a den and a 3-car garage.
Bella Vista is a gated community with a park that is located 1 mile west of Lake Brantley High School on Sand Lake Road in Longwood. The location is a rare find in Seminole County because it is centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There are more than 10 golf courses within 20 minutes of Bella Vista.
In addition to the Las Brisas, Marton said there are several homes available for immediate occupancy at Bella Vista. The Centerline Homes’ Model Center is open daily from 10 until 6 to see the Las Brisas floor plan.
