For those looking for the latest in new home designs and ideas, the next 4 weeks will be spectacular. The “Super Celebration,” hosted by Centerline Homes, will spotlight new home designs at 4 communities throughout Central Florida in an unprecedented showcase never before seen in Central Florida. |
“We’re celebrating the excitement and fun of finding a new home that is perfect for you and your family,” said Deb Marton, Sales and Marketing Director for Centerline Homes. “We’ve been working for more than a year on these 4 model centers. The Super Celebration begins next Sunday, February 14, at Summerlake in west Orange County and continues through March 7. Here is a calendar of the events:
- Summerlake on Sunday, February 14. The 6-home Model Center is located just north of Disney World. There are 21 home designs available, with prices from $189,900 to the $300s. The resort-style community includes a planned lakefront Clubhouse, Fitness Center, tennis and swimming pool.
- Eagle Creek on Sunday, February 21. The upscale country club community features two single family home collections priced from the low $200s to $400s. The newly released townhome collection starts in the $150s. Eagle Creek is located in southeast Orange County, near Lake Nona’s “Medical City.”
- Bella Vista on Sunday, February 28. It’s hard to find a new, estate home community in Seminole County. But that’s what Bella Vista offers, and it’s just one mile from Lake Brantley High School. Centerline is showcasing 4- and 5-bedroom homes with up to 5,000 square feet of space.
- Woodland Lakes Preserve on Sunday, March 7. Centerline will open a trio of models at this family-oriented community on Curry Ford Road in east Orlando, with prices starting in the $180s.
All Grand Openings start at Noon and continue through 4 p.m., with food, refreshments and fun for the entire family.
